Voodoo Vibes -- loosely based on Goethes "Zauberlehrling" - is an eerily beautiful dance spectacle by the artists Poppin Hood and Marco Marcal. The two of them -- masters in their disciplines -- combine different dance styles such as Electric Boogaloo, Poppin', Locking, House and Samba in virtuosic manner. Together with spooky sound mixes, live percussion, video installations and acting, a theatrical experience is born which gets under your skin, but which does not let humour go forgotten. In the context of the world wide movement "Hip Hop goes Theater", "Voodoo Vibes" has cemented its place as an exceptional multimedial creation.
