Flattop, one of many street performers at the Universal CityWalk, does his routine. In drawing a large crowd, he tries to get them to increase their tips by stretching out his introduction, making it look as though he is about to start performing, only to stop while seeing how many more people will show up. It's all part of the act. This was shot with the video mode of the Canon A1100IS Digital Camera on May 16, 2010.
